Holidays

I bought and wrapped
I baked and broiled
I set and served
and sweat and toiled

Now it's my turn
to sit and read
while others do
the clean-up deeds!

What am I?

I have two ends

Both are essential,

for working up

to my potential.

If my sharp end has not been broken

then it will write your words, unspoken.

And when you need an error chaser,

my other end has an eraser!

I'm tired!

I'm tired of cookng
I'm tired of eating
I'm tired of cleaning
I'm tired of greeting
I'm tired of smiling
And to make matters worse,
I even am tired
of writing this verse!

Holidays Are Coming

Chanukah is coming
So is Christmas day
Time to be with family
Be it work or play

Time to count your blessings
And be of good cheer
To all of you who read this
